Ajmodadi Churna is an Ayurvedic herbal powder traditionally used to balance the Vata dosha, one of the three fundamental energies in the body according to Ayurveda. It is especially beneficial for alleviating Vata-related issues, which often manifest as pain, stiffness, and discomfort in the joints and muscles.
